Tenancy Terms For New Tenants
Prior to the preparation of a new tenancy agreement: We require a refundable holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to hold the property whilst references are being obtained. This sum will be deducted from your first month’s rent upon successful completion of the referencing process. (we calculate one weeks rent as 12 x monthly rent divided by 52).
No other agency application fees are payable by an applicant/tenant.
Terms: Subject to signing an assured shorthold tenancy and providing one month’s refundable tenancy deposit plus the first month’s rent in advance of occupation the tenancy may commence.
